The Ohana Approach
When you first contact us, we like to start out by talking to you over the phone. We will ask you questions about your home, what you hope to achieve, and your target budget. This enables us to determine whether your ideas are consistent with your budget and better prepare for our initial meeting. Your time is important, and we are always aware of that.
We then schedule a time for Ryan to meet with you so we can see your home and discuss your project further. This meeting is free of charge and is an opportunity for all of us to get to know each other better. We believe that it is important to enjoy the people you work with. This meeting generally takes anywhere from thirty minutes up to three hours depending on the scope of your project.
After the initial meeting, we put together a proposal for your project and set up a time to meet with you to go over the details. This gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and fully understand every aspect of your project and our process.
Design and Development
When you are ready to move forward with your project, the designing, ordering, and scheduling begins! Maggie will compile all the information and specifications in your “Project Package,” which helps keep you organized and informed during and after the project.
