We—Ryan and Maggie Sewell—are Ohana Construction, a family-owned residential design-build firm serving Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota and the surrounding metro area. We specialize in home building, remodeling, home additions, basements, bathrooms, kitchens, and more.

Based in Apple Valley, Minnesota, Ohana Construction has specialized in home building, remodeling, home additions, basements, bathrooms, kitchens, and other home improvement projects for more than ten years.

Ohana is a Hawaiian word for family, kin group, or extended family.

That shows in everything we do. We remodeled homes together for five years before forming Ohana Construction in 2005. You can be assured that your building or remodeling project, like any we’ve done in Apple Valley, Eagan, Rosemount, Burnsville, Edina, Bloomington, Richfield, Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the surrounding area, will be managed personally by one of us.
